Here are a couple of verses that include that really good phrase, “fullness of joy” or “joyful.” Psalm is in my DNA, I hope: “You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”.

First, this fullness consists of joy. The Greek word for joy in the New Testament is chara and means “g ladness or state of rejoicing or happiness. ” It is a deep-rooted joy in the heart based on a relationship with Jesus Christ.

This is a joy that the world doesn’t give and the world can’t take away. In Your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever. 1 Peter and though you have not seen Him, you love Him, and though you do not see Him now, but believe in Him, you greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of your faith the salvation of your souls.

That is the fullness of joy that David receives from the presence of God. The word joy is simchah which is a joy and love that a young man or woman feels where they meet their lover and takes their beloved in their arms, hugs them and kisses them.

Suddenly, the world no longer exist, all that exist is just that moment in the arms of their beloved. Meditate on the fullness of joy available in the presence of God.

Allow Scripture to stir up a desire to encounter the joy of the Lord today. “You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” Psalm “Then I will go to the altar of God, to God my exceeding.

This joy can’t be obtained by anything this world has to offer. The joy of the Lord is found in His presence, in unity and intimacy with Him. When we spend time in His presence and “set Him before [us]”, our joy is made full, as earthly things fade away in light of His glory and His love.

God is for us. His heart is toward us. When we take the time to get into the presence of God, He fills us up with a peace that transcends our understanding and allows us to face any circumstance with joy in our heart.

My request today is simply this, understand that in His presence is fullness of joy. Now, be still in God’s presence. Whether you have 10 hours of free time today or. Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; in thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
